A different type of game!
We realised at a young age how much Jesse loved one or two of her soft plush toys AND how good she was with her nose. After we've played a few games of fetch and release we stepped up with a 'where is it' game.
What do we do?
We ask Jesse to sit, wait and then put the toy in front of her nose. Once Jesse has had a small sniff, we hide it the toy in another room. We come back to Jesse and say 'where is it' - Jesse goes on the hunt for her toy. Fun and fascinating to see!
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We offer free shipping on all items. All items aim to be shipped and delivered within 30 days of purchase, but due to suppliers delivery times these can't be guaranteed. In most cases we will aim to have them delivered around 15 days based on the item availability and service. Returns Policy
We offer a no questions asked return policy. We want you to love our products and our service. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after we receive your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
