Dogs sweat through their paw pads, but temperature regulation is critical. When dogs pant it helps circulate the required air to bring their body temperature down. It is extremely important to understand that overheating is dangerous for dogs. Summer months can be hard on your furry friends, so we highly advocate looking at alternative cooling options.
With Obi, he runs hot - we know with his hair and colour he will hold onto the heat longer than Jesse, our white German Shepherd. Therefore we need to make sure we are monitoring him and providing all the options available to cool him down.
We use two mats; a) a cooling mat to ensure they can sit on a breathable bed that isn't suffocating them and b) a gel mat to move around the house and outside that can cool them down.
On top of this - we provide cool snacks, provide shade and of course LOTS of water.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We offer free shipping on all items. All items aim to be shipped and delivered within 30 days of purchase, but due to suppliers delivery times these can't be guaranteed. In most cases we will aim to have them delivered around 15 days based on the item availability and service. Returns Policy
We offer a no questions asked return policy. We want you to love our products and our service. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after we receive your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
